Here’s a list of how to use canned pumpkin, pumpkin spice & pumpkin seeds in cooking.
Canned Pumpkin

Mix 1 cup with 1/2 a cup of whipped cream cheese for a pasta sauce (or pizza sauce!!)

Use in baking – muffins, cookies, pumpkin bread, banana bread, pie, donuts, blondies, mug cakes, the works!

Mix 1 cup with 2 eggs to make the easiest pancakes!

Add to your overnight oats or even add a little to your oatmeal

Add to mac & cheese in place of some of the cheese

Add to meatballs

Use in smoothies & shakes

Add to chili

Cover pretzels with it & freeze them on parchment paper

Mix it with vanilla pudding mix & have as a dip for fruit

Add some to hummus

Combine with Alfredo or even add to a red sauce for your pasta

Add a little canned pumpkin with peanut butter to your yogurt

Make a quick sauce with canned pumpkin, garlic, onion, and spinach

Pumpkin Spice

Add to coffee grinds before brewing your coffee or add to coffee after it’s brewed

Top oatmeal with it & some roasted, salted nuts

“Bake” a sweet potato in the microwave, then top with 2 Tbsp peanut butter & pumpkin spice
