What I Eat in a Day as a Nutritionist – Jan 17

Here is a pretty typical day for me!

I follow a low to moderate carb diet, full of whole, real foods, and I stick to my rule of thumb of #1starchPerDay and my “formula” for lunches & dinners. Here’s a list of benefits of a low carb approach!

Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!

I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800 if not a little more than that.

  • 7:09am – 2 fried eggs + shredded mozz

  • 8:55am – 2 Tbsp PB

  • 9:51 am- Sauteed onion & spinach, and shaved beef

  • 1:29pm- Cheezits

  • 6:02pm- Brie

  • 6:58pm- Chili with extra veggies
