What I Eat in a Day as a Nutritionist

Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!

I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800 if not a little more than that.

  • 9:18am – Low fat Greek yogurt + 1/4 cup nuts

  • 12:42pm – Cobb salad with chicken, hard boiled egg, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and blue cheese

  • 3:51pm- Regular ice cream + sprinkles

  • 7:36pm- Meatballs & sauce, cheddar cheese, and kale
