Trader Joe’s Dinner Hacks

Tomato Gnocchi Soup:

  • One Container Creamy Tomato Soup

  • 1/2 Bag Spinach

  • 1 Package Gnocchi

  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Add soup & gnocchi to pot.

  2. Heat on medium heat for 15 minutes.

  3. Add in spinach for 1 minute & top with pepper.

    *makes 2-3 servings

Deluxe Black Bean Soup

  • 1 Container Black Bean Soup

  • 1 Container Chicken Strips

  • 1/4 Bunch Cilantro

  • 1 Avocado

Instructions:

  1. Stir fry chicken with an oil spray in one pot, and heat the soup in another.

  2. Add chicken to soup.

  3. Top with avocado slices & cilantro.

    *makes 4 servings
