Here a pretty typical day for me!

I follow a low to moderate carb diet, full of whole, real foods, and I stick to my rule of thumb of #1starchPerDay and my “formula” for lunches & dinners. Here’s a list of benefits of a low carb approach!

Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!

I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800 if not a little more than that.

  • 9:38am – 1/4 cup nuts + 1 string cheese

  • 12:30pm – Spaghetti squash + ground beef + canned diced tomatoes + salt & red pepper flakes

  • 2:54pm – Carrots & single-serving guac

  • 6:20pm – Ace Perry Craft Cider

  • 7:30pm – Whole Foods broccoli cheddar soup, steak tips, kale, + spaghetti squash
